About the event

Workshop Description:

Many clinicians struggle to reconcile motor speech intervention with neuroaffirming practice—particularly when working with minimally speaking neurodivergent and autistic children. Accurate diagnosis often requires adapting traditional assessment methods, while therapy approaches can feel misaligned with values of connection, regulation and respect for neurodiversity.

This workshop offers a clear, clinically grounded solution. Combining decades of experience with current research, the presenters provide practical, immediately applicable strategies to assess and treat motor speech disorders in a way that is both effective and authentically neuroaffirming.

Who is this workshop for:

Exclusively speech pathologists.

This is a LIVE event and open to those who join us in person in Sydney and those who are joining us online from wherever you are.
